- Degree in Engineering/Process with at least 3 years of relevant experience. Advanced Manufacturing degree (MBA) preferred.
- Knowledgeable in using Oracle, preferred but not required.
- Has strong manufacturing background.

**For This Role, You Will Need**:
- Manage the Manufacturing process.
- Provides support and guidance to department personnel as required to maintain high standards of work and efficiency in activities.
- Ensures adherence to company and corporate systems, policies, procedures and standards.
- Agree and review compliance with departmental goals.
- Report projects, progress, activities, situations and problems of the department.
- Clarify Quality standards to your work team.
- Analyze non-conformities that impact the internal PPM indicator or the client.
- Coordinate internal and external quality audits.
- He is responsible for maintaining clear and open communication with the General and Corporate Management, to ensure that all the activities of his department are aligned with the business plans.
- Maintain performance standards for the operations under your charge, monitoring results and keeping the General Management informed of the status, challenges, achievements and opportunities for improvement.
- Participates in the development of the company's annual budget
Individuals
- Maintain a safe work environment in your department, through the prevention and care of work-related accidents and illnesses among your subordinate personnel, corroborating that the correct personal safety equipment is used.
- Supervise activities of your department, to promote the coordination of projects and responsibilities with the affected departments to maintain control over costs and times.
- Respond to reports or complaints from employees.
- Ensure and demand that the personnel under their charge use personal protective tools and equipment in compliance with all legal requirements.
- Manage relationships with contractors and service providers.
- Report to Human Resources those employees who do not perform their work satisfactorily, initiating an improvement process and requesting assistance from said department.
- Accounts for all his direct subordinates in case of emergency situations and reports the missing personnel to the evacuation brigade to clarify their absences.
