- Plans, coordinates, and performs manufacturing engineering work for a project or process.
- Operates in a team environment within the enterprise product delivery process.
- At this level, projects are of limited scope and responsibility; work plans and decisions are made within established guidelines and will be reviewed by Lead engineer supervisors and work closely with lead engineers on some work directions.
- May assign coordinate and review portions of the work from Non-Deere employees.
**What Skills You Need**:
- +1 years of experience in Manufacturing Engineering.
- Experience working within multicultural groups.
- Fluent in English - verbal and written advanced communication skills.
- Background in Engineering (mechanical, production, etc.).
- Skill in using computer aided design and/or engineering tools.
- Knowledge of manufacturing and/or distribution processes, quality, tooling, tool design, total preventative maintenance and facilities.
- Understands the Enterprise Product Delivery Process (EPDP).
- Working knowledge of database management tools, the various loan accounting systems, and process management systems.
**What Makes You Stand Out**:
- Knowledge of unit processes and operations.
- Skill in interpersonal communications, negotiation and conflict resolution.
- Understanding of Order Fulfillment Process.
**Education**:
- Degree in an Engineering/Technology discipline or equivalent experience - University Degree (4 years equivalent)
