Essential qualifications:Bacherlor's degree as a Mechanical, Mechatronics, Electrical or similar engineering.
6 years in the area of Manufacturing in the Automotive Industry.
Operational Excellence and Performance.
English essential.
Visa and Pasport.
Technical Competences:Advanced knowledge of quality, safety and environmental systems.
Interpretation of Mechanical Drawing, Dimensional and Geometric Tolerances.
Knowledge of Manufacturing Processes, CAPM Product Development Phases, Statistical Process Control, Heat Treatment by Induction and/or Carburizing, Machining Processes Turning, Rolling, Grinding.
Basic Industrial Engineering, handling of Machine Capacities Output in pzas/hr, Skill, Capacity for machining parts Weight, torque, power, length, dIameter, special characteristics.
Knowledge of Material Properties, Product Functionality AMEF, Poka Yokes.
Safety regulations.
Use of CAM, ProE Design, AutoCAD, Office.
Lean Tools.
Project management.
Knowledge of manufacturing costs, business processes related to manufacturing CAPEX,CAPM.
