If you are excited about a role but don't meet every bullet point, we encourage you to apply and join us to create the extraordinary.Job SummaryTo support our extraordinary teams who build great products and contribute to our growth, we're looking to add a Manufacturing Engineer located in Guadalajara North.Reporting to the Sr. Director, Operations Engineering, the Manufacturing Engineer's role involves:What a typical day looks like:Creation and execution of IQ, OQ, PQFollow up on actions to reduce NCMRs and CAPAs.Create instructions for disposition of non-conformant materialBOM creation and updates for existing products on production lines.Troubleshooting (Sustaining on production).Creation and updates of Manufacturing Assembly ProceduresLayout Management.Line balancing and standard time studies.Creation of Engineering Change Orders / Deviations for manufacturing process and documentation of parameters for packaging and assembly equipment.Execution of DOEs to find the optimal parameters for the processExecution and coordination of Engineering studies, technical runsProblem solving with technical statistics.Coordination of Continuous improvement, Lean, Kaizens and 6's Projects.Acquisition, evaluation, and validation of equipment for the Assembly area.Monitoring and implementation of corrective actions to be on compliance with the Company KPIs (productivity, scrap, efficiency, defects, etc.).Creation and updates of process flow diagram, visual aids.Selection and purchase of new equipment for production and design, coordination of fixtures and Poka-yokes.Experience in SMT processes and processes characterization.Experience with NPI and continuous improvement processes in SMT.Attrition reduction and pick-in-place balancingExperience in back-end processes.Experience with Simien's and/or Panasonic platforms (desirable).The experience we're looking to add to our team:Advanced EnglishTypically requires a bachelor's degree.Good team worker and good analytical, planning skills.Knowledge and experience in RF and ultrasonic processes.What you'll receive for the great work you provide:Pantry vouchersSaving FundChristmas bonusHoliday bonusMedical InsuranceLife InsuranceJob CategoryProduction EngineeringFlex is an Equal Opportunity Employer and employment selection decisions are based on merit, qualifications, and abilities.
