Manufacturing Engineer (Special Processes)

Objective:Provides the necessary support to facilitate the manufacture of the product, meeting the design requirements, quality standards and timely deliveries, seeking continuous improvement of manufacturing processes in accordance with the goals and objectives of the structural SBUs. Work closely with the other groups to update and improve the standard for manufacturing as applicable.Main Task:Manufacturing process knowledge in Structural areas (special processes preferred).Responsible for the RCCA to solve problems and investigate defect causes.Tooling definition for manufacture improvement; create work plan/BOM for new programs and sustaining.Create WOA's and rework routines.Projects administration.Good understanding of specifications and proficiency to elaborate visual aids (IWIs, AVs, etc).Requirements:Professional degree as mechanical, chemical, aerospace engineering or similar.Experience in Manufacturing processes (special processes preferred).English spoken and written (+80% advanced).Knowledge:1 - 3 years' experience in similar positions.Catia V5, Smarteam, Autocad, Solumina.MS Office Excel.Management, Six Sigma, Lean Manufacturing, RCA, ERP.People skills, teamwork, communication skills, may have external negotiations.Travel available.
