What will you do?
• Responsible for Lean system setup and implementation, develop Lean transformation plan, and ensure Kaizen events are executed up to a quality standard.
• Implement Lean methods and develop standards such as VSM/ process mapping/ TPM/ SMED/6S/ problem solving/ standard work.
• Analyzing and improving End-to-End process with analytical methods.
• Coach and develop engineers as well as staff in terms of Lean Management.
• Strengthen data driven problem solving mindset.
• Regular internal and external benchmarking of all SCM-processes.
• Balancing assembly lines and increasing efficiency at manufacturing processes by bottleneck analysis.
• Support with skillful problem solving thinking and motivating energy our strong business growth path.
What will you need to succeed?
• Industrial, mechanical, or related engineering bachelor's degree.
• +5 years' experience as industrial or process engineering, preferable with automotive background.
• Proactive mindset with excellent communication and self-motivation skills.
• Believe in Lean with strong Lean operation knowledge and experiences, capable to lead & motivate the team/company to drive Lean transformation.
• Proven track record in implementation of lean methods and improvement projects (Line balancing, SMED, VSD).
• Solid Experience in Coaching, Training and Moderation.
• SAP knowledge.
• Black Belt/Master Black Belt would be an advantage.
• Metal cutting/forming knowledge/background would be an advantage.
• Welding knowledge would be an advantage.
• Painting knowledge would be an advantage.
