Your tasks- Responsible for definition, plan, install, monitor and maintain production concept, factory layout, production equipment investments management, budget analysis for the plant and follow-up for its fulfillment- Coordinate activities for process changes or new launches processes.- Coordinate definition of manufacturing concepts for Delicias / Contitech vision.- That the company complies with the safety, hygiene and environmental procedures required by the STPS standards.- Coordinates definition of: standard operation sheet, work combination table and (standard work instruction) job instruction sheet including standard times (e.G. by time studies) based on work instructions and according to standards- Define objectives and goals for ME department as well as performance tracking of its Direct collaborators.- Administration of the training plan of the personnel that reports directly and approval of the plan at subsequent leves.- Ensure local implementation of central manufacturing engineering standards- provide feedback and input for further development of standards regarding manufacturing engineering and production processes- Investments plant budget management.- Analyzes and controls together with the Management the monthly budget of the accounts in charge.- Complying with and enforcing the quality policy.- Promote actively of continuous improvement of safety, environment and health in alignment with central plant ESH function- Ensure the installation, start-up, validation and handover (to production) and improvement of all production and supply chain equipment as well as tools (incl. tool management) and devices according to production control plans and standards**Profile**:- Bachelor´s degree in engineering- 4 years experience in engineering, production, maintenance, or related position with personnel management (white collar) (At least 3 years experience in automotive industry)- Intermediate English.
