_**Education required**:_- Bachelor´s degree (preference industrial, mechanical, or related)- **Experience required**:_- Minimum 5 years of experience in industrial/process engineering areas in automotive-appliance industry (harness preferred)- English advanced- Availability to travel**Functions**:- Coordinate transfers between plants.- Coordinate the definition and implementation of manufacturing standards.- Coordinate continuous improvement focused on processes.- Coordinate quotations for equipment and machinery for projects.- Manage manufacturing metrics through scorecards (efficiency, cost per hour, savings, OEE, CAPEX, Capacity, Footprint)- Inventory control of equipment in plants and disposition of the same.- Responsible for layout design.- Ensure the establishment of a Manufacturing playbook to define the correct system to be implemented.- Ensure the use of standard formats to monitor and control Industrialization progress across plants for TBU and ABU division, with effective tracking of improvements- Uniboards (Electromechanics boards) elimination - balance work content harness into subassemblies, mechanic boards to improve the output- Ensure the develop and deploy manufacturing guidelines defined by Playbooks. Training program with Methods Concepts, by Central Engineering team- Ensure the industrialization according to Preplanning techniques - PFMEA and Flow Diagram, Work load Charts, Position Diagram / Manning (*), Master Visual Aids (*), Master Work Methods- Ensure Plant support for metrics improvement.
