**Manufacturing Engineering**:Queretaro, Mexiko | Produktion | Berufserfahrene | Unbefristet | February 16, 2024Job Description- Role Summary- To launch and ensure the manufacturing process of new programs according to the main objectives (Safety, Quality, Delivery & Cost) and requirements of MANN + HUMMEL MEXICO. Implement production lines in time according to customer and internal program milestones.- Main Tasks**Is responsible for all manufacturing aspects of a new program/product**:- Participate in the elaboration of quotation of a new line/product.- Review the design of the new product and validate drawings and specifications feasibility.- Review production volumes and capacity (availability/needed) of all the lines/machines involved.- Define manufacturability and investment requirements in terms of head count, process, tooling and machinery.**Industrialization**- Prepare and validate the documentation related to the industrialization of the product, work instructions, P-FMEA, parameters etc.- Coordinate the construction and release for new equipment / machinery / tooling.- Ensure quality and cost of the product in all the phases of the program.- Follow up of the program launch after SOP + 6 months to support production engineers with the Ramp-up.**#LI-Onsite**- Your Profile**Scholarship level.**- Industrial, Mechanical, Mechatronic Engineering degree**Experience**:- 5 years as manufacturing/Project engineer, new programs APQP.- Assembly of new production lines.- 3 years in the Automotive Manufacturing Industry.**Technical Competencies**:- **Advanced English Mandatory (Capable to maintain a fluent conversation)**:- ISO 14001 / IATF 16949- Hydraulic, pneumatic, electronic and automation knowledge- Process of Advanced Quality Planning (APQP) / PPAP- Creation of routes and material master on SAP.**_Desirable Requirements:_**- Valid Passport and US VISA- Are you full of ideas?
