**Job Purpose**:.
Performs Manufacturing Engineering Activities to develop and implement assembly process of prime products Including Assembly Tooling set-up, Process calibration, Process Run offs, Layout Design, Machine PD Build, he oversees the assembly process reliability to support KPIs of the operation. Support and guidance on all aspects of production, costs, quality, compliance to safety guidelines, and environmental requirements for manufacturing
**Responsibilities**:
- Participating in identifying and implementing enhancements and modifications to equipment and assembly processes.
- Monitoring equipment and process reliability; identifying and addressing problem areas.
- Analyzing engineering change notices, determines any part or process change, initiates and implements all changes.
- Providing engineering support on planning, development and operation.
- Conduct Takt Time Cycle Time Studies for line balancing and assembly work content / WIP calculation
- Torque Tools analysis
**Basic Qualifications**:
- **Scholarship**:Industrial Engineering
- **Experience**:10+ years of experience in Manufacturing engineering
- AutoCAD Experience (Layout design)
- NPI process
- **English level**:Intermediate
**Desirable Requirements**:
- Lean Manufacturing Tools
- SPC Knowledge
- Vis Mock Up
- 1 or more years of experience in Prime product assembly of small CAT machines is a Plus (e.g. MHEs, CULs)
