We are seeking an Intern to join us at our Open Circuits Pumps Team out of our Reynosa site.
This position will play a vital connection between Engineering, Production, and Quality.
As part of the Team, you will support a localization project and learn about the production process, support the development of new cells, provide feedback about needs, and develop training programs.
Job ResponsibilitiesSupport activities in Production, Quality, and Engineering for OCP ProjectsFollow up on meeting project activitiesDocument and process flow charts support activitiesUtilize data to create improvement and implementation plansAnalyze processes and systems to improve resource efficiencyAssist in driving root cause analysisSupport projects in Quality processesAssist in PFMEA and control plans developmentTrack activities through the creation and follow-up of reports, dashboards, and metricsThe ideal candidate possesses the following skills:
Currently studying a Bachelor's in Engineering (Industrial Engineering, Manufacturing Engineering, Mechatronics, etc.
)Mechanical aptitude and understanding of manufacturing processesGood communication and networking skillsIntermediate/Advanced EnglishOutstanding safety record and approach to behavioral-based safety using proper PPE are requiredPreferred Qualifications:
