**Descripción y detalle de las actividades**- The ME Team leader manages a CNC Engineers Group with different skills and levels to achieve the company goals, initiatives, and macro plan.
Provides guidance to the ME on CNC Topics related (Programming, Equipment selection and 3D software usage) Responsible of driving MOS, establish and measure KPI's daily, manage equipment's percent load, develop, and ensure team's development plan.
Drives and ensure productivity project such as cycle time reduction, cost, and risk reduction through lean tools.
Establishes design concepts, manufacturing process criteria, product specification and other components impacting manufacturing engineering.Location:UTAS - GAM, Venustiano Carranza # 238 Desarrollo Industrial Colorado, Mexicali, 21397 México**Experiência y requisitos**- 5+ year as CNC Programmer in 3 axis & 5 axis - 2+ years as ME Leader on a High Volume environment- Standard Tooling selection- Stablish and Execute year goals and objectives within Manufacturing group- Usage of CATIA, Vericut, Fasttrim, ICAM- Experience on usage of Fanuc and Siemens Controller- Tool Design and fabrication Process CNC Related (Design, Standardize, Selection, Repair & Maintenance)- Metal Mechanic and CNC experience for Aluminum, Titanium, Inconel, Steel and Cres- NADCAP / Special Process for Chemical & Heat Treatment exposure- English (advanced)**Organización**- Collins Aerospace.
