For This Role, You Will Need: A strong foundation in mechanical, industrial, or manufacturing engineering principles. In-depth knowledge of various manufacturing processes, such as machining, molding, and assembly. Proficiency in CAD software and other engineering tools for product design and analysis and the ability to identify, analyze, and resolve technical issues. Skill in collecting, analyzing, and interpreting data to inform decision-making. The ability to lead and motivate teams, delegate tasks, and inspire others. The ability to build strong relationships with team members, peers, and multi-functional teams. An approach focused on identifying and implementing process improvements. A strong attention to detail to ensure accuracy and precision. Preferred Qualifications that Set You Apart: Bachelor's degree in mechanical, industrial, or manufacturing engineering, or a related field. +5 years of experience in a manufacturing environment, preferably in a leadership role. Proficiency in CAD software, statistical analysis tools, and other relevant engineering software. Strong understanding of manufacturing processes, quality control, and lean manufacturing principles. Professional certifications such as Certified Manufacturing Engineer (CMfgE) or Certified Quality Engineer (CQE) are a plus. Fluency in English/Spanish, both written and spoken
