We are looking for a **Manufacturing Engineering Manager** to join our team in SLP plant.
**The main mission of the role are to**:

- Ensure product changes and serial processes in reference to quality and cost, as well as implement engineering and product changes, ensuring the monitoring of group standards to achieve KPI's objectives, maintaining a stable relationship with our clients.
- Bachelor's degree in mechanical, industrial or related engineering.
- Advanced English communication skills.
- ** Strong knowledge in technologies such as welding (ARC, laser), assembly (torque, riveting), hydraulic presses.
**:

- ** HMI, PLC (Siemens, Allen-Bradley) understanding.
**:

- ** Engineering Change procedure (product, process) knowledge and specific customer requirements.

- Industrialization (machinery purchasing, installation, liberation, start up), project management, lean manufacturing, personnel management.
- Minimum 4 years of experience as a manager in a related position, in automotive sector (industrial environment).
