Engineering degree (Must), preference: Mechanical, Electrical, ElectronicMaster's degree is a plus: completed or in progressFluent English (oral and written)Knowledge of the IATF 16949 standard – Core tools, BIQ and PFMEA VDA-IATF CertificationMust have:High knowledge in applied statistics, preferential use of MinitabMechanical designLeader and promoter of safety rules, quality procedures and deviations in safety productsExperience in clean room processes and productsIntermediate to advanced knowledge of pneumatic and mechanical circuits, PLC, databasesLaser processes, Tests and calibrations with fluids, gases and Servo presses with micron tolerancesTroubleshooting using advanced techniques (Shainin, Six Sigma, DOE, A3, etc)Expert in risk analysis, use of the PFMEA tool, direct a group of Engineers to meet the specific requirements of GM in this matterManaged, orderly, teamwork and visionary leadershipMaintain capable processes with a minimum CPk 1.67 and OE 85%, define a clear and concise improvement plan to achieve the goalsShow knowledge of scrap reduction techniques and cost of poor qualityExperience in validation of new equipmentEffective presentations for clients or managersInteract with external engineering work teams to achieve departmental and company objectivesExperience in managing changes or engineering deviations#J-18808-Ljbffr
