Joining us means joining a caring, responsible, and innovative company where more than 70,000 people lead the way to greener and smarter mobility, worldwideToday, beyond the mere manufacturing of railway equipment, we are leading the way towards a more ecological and intelligent mobility.**What would be your mission**:To manage the Manufacturing Engineering team consisting of Process Engineers, Technicians, and Manufacturing Engineers to develop and implement cutting-edge manufacturing processes.To support the Industrialization of new products in collaboration with the Product Industrialization Manager (PIM).**MANAGEMENT OF THE MANUFACTURING ENGINEERING TEAM**- Define and update procedures and work methodologies according to corporate procedures.- Project the workload and ensure the availability of technical personnel to meet the demand of current and future projects.- Deploy industrialization standards: Time allocation, ergonomics analysis, work instructions, EHS.- Deploy industrialization methodologies: P-FMEA, Control Plan, Task Sequencing.- Deploy technological tools: PLM, ERP, MES, CAD.**SUPPORT TO PROJECTS**- Monitoring project deliverables in conjunction with the PIM.- Ensure standard time calculations.- Ensure data reliability in the ERP system.- Ensure on-time and quality delivery of work instructions.- Ensure compliance with Health, Safety, and Environmental rules.- Ensure that Special Processes are handled appropriately within the Industrialization activities.**SUPPORT TO PRODUCTION**- Provide support during the manufacturing of the initial units/articles.- Organize and manage actions to improve productivity.- Identify specific needs that require technical support.**It is essential**:- Mechanical, Mechatronics, Industrial Engineering, or related field with 5 or more years of experience in leading personnel and at least 10 years of working in the Manufacturing and Assembly environment.- Knowledge of CAD and PLM software (Catia and DELMIA).- Experience working with ERP systems like SAP (Bill of Materials, Routings, reports).- Advanced knowledge of Manufacturing processes.- Intermediate/advanced English.- General knowledge of crimping, welding, bonding, painting, riveting, torque.**Competencies we are looking for**:- Leadership skills.- Results-oriented.- Communication.- Negotiation.Alstom is the leading company in the mobility sector, solving the most interesting challenges for tomorrow's mobility.
