You'll get to:Lead as a change agent within global manufacturing organization to deliver transformational activities.Lead a team of Manufacturing Engineers and analysts.Identify project/program risk, interdependencies, and opportunities to assess feasibility accordingly.Assess existing processes, systems, and workflows to identify areas for improvement and develop improvement plans.Support and drive a targeted intervention/continuous improvement effort at specific sites co-identified with manufacturing leadership.Lead cross-functional teams to build a continuous improvement environment to support an ongoing program of change.Facilitate site continuous improvement planning, develop execution plans, and collaborate with sites to implement site plans.Facilitate site maturity assessments and develop roadmaps with plant leadership to address any gaps; supporting sites to reach the next level of maturity.Drive operational improvement through the implementation of Lean standard tools and concepts such as Flow, Standard Work, 5S, Visual-Management, SMED, Poka-Yoke, PDCA, TPM, Kaizen, cell layout, line balancing, etc.Coach shop floor-based personnel including makers, supervisors, and managers in new ways of working.Project management of a portfolio of projects varying in complexity, spend, and duration. Establish & execute detailed project plans to schedule, including key milestones, resources, workstreams, and activities related to optimizing global manufacturing performance.Measure project performance and identify areas for improvement, compiling lessons learned from each project.Execute projects on time, within cost, as per approved business cases and the developed playbook.Lead automation of processes and analysis.The Person:You love to learn and grow and be acknowledged for your valuable contributions.
