This role will have a strong relationship with the Plant Manager and direct staff, demonstrating leadership to execute and accomplish the objectives defined by the business. In this role you will also be responsible to generate accurate financial information in accordance with the local financial regulations, established policies and procedures, which will support the business' efficient decision-making. How will you make a difference? The Saltillo Manufacturing Finance Leader will own financial forecasting, analysis, and reporting financial performance of the Saltillo Equipment Manufacturing plant, including $14+ USD million in functional expenses, $7+ USD million inventory and $20+ USD million in P&E Assets. This role will also support the operations team across all involved areas (Production, EHS, Engineering, Quality, Materials & Sourcing). The employee will be expected to drive operational excellence across the Freight Equipment business in Mexico while maintaining and improving processes and controls. What do we want to know about you? Bachelor's degree from an accredited university or college (Preferable STEM or Accounting/Finance).Minimum 5 years of experience in Supply Chain Finance (manufacturing environment).Fluent in English.Proficient in Microsoft Office applications, primarily Excel.Knowledge of Lean concepts and how it applies to shop floor and finance processes is desirable.
