Our cutting-edge products and technologies are used by the most successful manufacturers in the automotive industry, including General Motors, Ford motor Company and Stellantis.This is your opportunity to join STRATTEC as a **Manufacturing Finance Manager****RESPONSIBILITIES AND ESSENTIAL DUTIES**:- Deployment and standardization of financial measurements, analysis, planning and reporting, proactively identifying financial risks and opportunities, deploying common sense financial controls and building business process structure to ensure consistent and sustained results.- Hands-on leader that methodically brings together teams to drive bottom-line financial and KPI results thru all areas of component manufacturing operations and indirect procurement.- Build consistency and simplicity in how processes are measured, financial analysis/planning is performed and ensure presentation of data leads to actionable conclusions.- Identify and proactively develop proposals for cost improvement/mitigation opportunities by analyzing potential changes in demand, resource costs, productivity, standard cost, overhead costs and global indirect spend on supplies and services.- Work collaboratively to review indirect procurement contracts and set review policy for indemnity, risk mitigation, payment terms/conditions, contract termination/renewal and clarity of expectations.- Develop standard analysis and workflow for reviewing quotations for internally manufactured components for both new and vertically integrated products.- Assist with the development of analysis and proposals for strategic projects.- Compile data for capital and expense budgets which includes standard hours, headcounts, space allocations, supply/service expenses, capital equipment & tooling, R&D credits, sales tax exemptions, et.- Support financial audits and physical inventory control/execution.- Coordinate with key stakeholders to assist in creating execution plans and innovative solutions when roadblocks arise to delivering high quality products on-time at target cost.- Inspire teams as a positive-minded and strategic-thinking change agent at all levels of the organization.- Foster collaborative partnerships with corporate finance teams in US and Mexico**QUALIFICATIONS**:- Strong financial modeling skills, systems aptitude and experience (Microsoft Office, ERP systems, etc.)- Solid analytical skills.
