Manufacturing Integration Engineer

Manufacturing Integration Engineer responsible for New Product Development (Proof of concept, time to market, time to volume) manufacturing strategies that support total electronic solutions processes. Deliver production manufacturing processes that meet or exceed planned profitability, on time into our manufacturing facilities. Technical project management and process development leader.
What you will do Develop manufacturing strategies for new products and drive the tooling development process to meet customer's expectations of quality and optimal cost and lead-time. Work with NPI / plant MIEs as needed to debug new products and processes to validate product performance and meet customer needs – delivery, quality, and performance.Support plant GLSS projects to improve cost and quality. Utilize concepts and methods to optimize manufacturing processes and daily activities.Who you are English professional proficiencyBachelor's Degree5 years' experience in mechanical engineering related to the manufacture and assembly of precision electromechanical components.Experience with high-speed synchronous, asynchronous, flexible (robotics) assembly systems.5 years' experience in project management.Working knowledge of SPC and DOE.Experience in tooling cost estimating, quote preparation, and project management.What will put you ahead Experience in Connector manufacturing processes ranging from low to high volume production.Experience in design, build and debug of assembly equipment.GLSS green belt certification with successful project accomplishments.Who We Are
