Manufacturing Launch Manager

Position Responsibilities:- Process and procedures applicable to the area.- Follow-up to the PDPLS procedure.- Coordinate and lead a multidisciplinary team within the company during the launch of new programs.- Monitoring of the ISO 14001/ IATF 16949 system.- Main contact with the client during the launch phase to follow up on activities complying on time and form.- Direct and active participation in VA/VE improvement projects.- Monitoring of engineering changes / deviations.- Launch programs ensuring they are within the quoted parameters.- Stop any process or activity that threatens the physical integrity of people and/or that may cause some environmental impact.- Report any activity or practice that violates the Code of Conduct.Qualifications:- Bachelor's degree or 7+ years of related experience and/or training, or equivalent combination of education and experience- English language fluency required (verbal and written)- Introduction to IATF 16949 Standard- Basic knowledge of ISO 14001- Core tools- Risk Analysis- Campfire- PPAP- IMDS- Project Manager- High Performance Leadership- Troubleshooting- Engineering changes- Finance for Non-Financial- Basic Tooling Processes- Basic Painting Processes- Basic Molding ProcessesMethode Electronics es una empresa que ofrece igualdad de oportunidades.
