This position reports toProduction Development Manager
Your responsibilitiesEnsures that the production process aligns with the project targets, approves the design, both for internal or external developed process, and performs the final test in accordance with the projects data and also ensures the efficiency of all external production processes.Defines production costs and the sequence of the working phases of a new production process in order to minimize cost and maximize quality.Develops and proposes the estimated budget of investments necessary for the development of new products and processes.Supports the Supply Chain Management department in selecting suppliers, evaluating the technology and capacity, and determining the best option.Evaluates new process technologies to improve productivity, quality and cost.Reinforces and maintains a culture of health & safety in all production development initiatives.Ensures (with HR Manager support) that the area of responsibility is properly organized, staffed, skilled and directed.Guides, motivates and develops direct and indirect subordinates within HR policies.Your backgroundBachelor's degree in Industrial, Mechanical, Mechatronic, Electrical Engineering or related.Seven to eight years of experience working in industry.Four years of experience as a manufacturing team leader.Experience working with Root Cause Analysis Tools.Lean Manufacturing - Metal mechanic assembly processes.Black Belt Certification - ISO 9000 Certification - MBA.Advanced English skills.A collaborative, solution-focused approach, and strong written and spoken communication skills and ability to work as a team.
