Manufacturing Manager (2Nd Shift)

**Descripción y detalle de las actividades**- Ensure that the operations of the production area take place in an effective and complying with quality standards and responsible for supervising the personnel and ensuring that production plans established are met.
Supervise daily and / or weekly production plans and that the operation plans are executed.
Make adjustments to the production line to meet daily/weekly and monthly goals.
Supervise the waste of raw material.
Keep track of staff attendance, and coordinate staff substitutions, for absences or vacations.
Address customer quality complaints.
Coordinate follow-up meetings with program management.
Prepare reports of functions and incidents.
Make and control the budgets of machinery and personnel of the department.
Supervise and control daily operations, ensuring compliance with quality controls.
Prepare reports of monthly activity results, complaints and incidents.
**Experiência y requisitos**- Education: Professional degree (engineering preferably).
Master degree in Business Administration or related, desired.Experience: Desirable experience in Project Management, Lean Six Sigma projects and time Management, 6 years of experience in related positionCertifications: Green belt (preferably)Languages: English (mandatory).
