If you love challenges, want to experience development opportunities unrestrained, and want recognition that pays off, then you've come to the right place with Lear.**Production Manager**Apodaca Plant (Apodaca, N.L., MX.)****:- PresentialWe are in position to offer a great job opportunity to work as **Manufacturing Manager**, based in **Apodaca** (E-Systems-Electronics Division).As **Manufacturing Manager **will have an excellent opportunity to meet and improve production KPIs to help be the plant that customers prefer**YOUR TASKS WILL BE**- Devise SMED techniques to process configuration changes over time to improve efficiency.- Daily production areas results reports- Raw material problems resolutions and action plan creations- Meetings with the multidisciplinary teams to resolve any issue- Foster teamwork and facilitate performance- Reduce workloads on each machine, in such a way as to avoid changing processes as much as possible.- Design methods to make the process more efficient.- Reinforce quality criteria through continuous training that certifies the methods used.- Inform all subordinates of quality goals through meetings and management reviews.- Maintain material and human resources to ensure compliance with the production schedule.- Keep staff informed of weekly production requirements.- Compliance with the policies and procedures of quality, environment, and labor standards of Lear Corporation.- Comply with the Safety, Health and Sustainability Policy.- Participate in safety, health and sustainability training and campaigns.**TO BE SUCCESSFUL IN THIS ROLE YOU WILL NEED**:- Industrial Engineering or any related field- Minimum 3 years of experience as production manager- SMT experience and knowledge- Experience in the electronic automotive industry.- Microsoft Office- Bilingual English/SpanishLI-LM1
