Manufacturing Manager

We are seeking an experienced**MANUFACTURING MANAGER****Responsibilities**- Responsible for Final Assembly Production Lines- Responsible for the purchase and administration of all the "production Supplies" for the final assembly lines.- Responsible for assisting in the creation of manufacturing objectives- Ensure KPIs are met by working to the plan- Ensure intime and complete shipping orders- Effectively and efficiently manage the production of the required daily/weekly/monthly targets- Take decisions that contribute satisfactorily to our Quality Policy, these decisions or actions must promote a culture of continuity in the organization, must focus on exceeding customer expectations, in addition to providing products and services of excellent quality.- Proactive approach to problem-solving with strong decision-making skills ensuring the safety and integrity of all employees**Qualifications**- Bachelor's degree as an industrial Engineer, Manufacturing or Production- 5 years as a Manufacturing Manager- English Advanced- Competent in problem solving, team building, planning and decision making- Change agent- Strategic planning- Experience in risk analysis- Project manager training- Experience in cost reduction projects- Demonstrable experience in OPEX- Goals oriented- Lean manufacturing training- Problem solving training- VISA / PASSPORT- Hands on- Ability to manage a variety of cross-functional team members- Dynamic- Green Belt Certification**If you meet the qualifications and are excited about joining a global organization****Send your resume to**Tipo de puesto: Tiempo completoSueldo: $6,646.47 - $18,856.41 al mesTipo de jornada:- Turno de 8 horasExperiência:- cinco: 3 años (Obligatorio)Lugar de trabajo: On the road
