We are in position to offer a great job opportunity to work as **Manufacturing Manager**, based in **Chihuahua, Chihuahua, México** (E-Systems Division).
As Manufacturing Manager will have an excellent opportunity to support operations and functional teams to achieve all the company goals.
**Your Task will be**:
- Administration of production supervisors.
- Key communication channel between the manufacturing areas and the functional areas of Quality, Planning, Materials, Maintenance and Engineering.
- Ensure that production plans are met with the highest established quality standards and in the correct time.
- Facilitate and ensure the creation of work teams to solve repetitive and systemic problems.
- Facilitate and ensure the creation of work teams for the continuous improvement of manufacturing KPIs.
- Maintain your area within the total parameters of 5S.
- Actively participate in the strategic boards of "Production Forecast", SIOP and "Plant Manning".
- Establish the goals of key indicators and periodically evaluate the performance of the personnel under your charge.
- Facilitate problem-solving strategies.
- Motivate outstanding performance, operational excellence and continuous improvement.
**To be successful in this role you will need**:
- Education Industrial, Electric, Electronic Engineering or any related field.
- Automotive and harness company experience preferable.
- 3 years of experience as Manufacturing Manager.
- English Advanced level.
- Advanced knowledge in MS-Office (graphics & reports).
- Knowledge of production metrics (OEE, Efficiency, Adhesion Indicators, absenteeism, DL Turnover, IPPM, WC).
- Knowledge in lean manufacturing (Green Belt certification preferred).
