**Your Job**Responsible for planning and managing all of the manufacturing departments to ensure appropriate manpower, raw material levels, production output and quality production scheduling, resolution of problems.
Works with engineering to upgrade the manufacturing process, sales to meet customer requests, quality to resolve quality problems and establish parameters for new products, finance to control costs and establish budget.

**What you will do**- Direct the activities of manufacturing supervisors, scheduling & Industrial Engineering.- Support and drive key manufacturing initiatives in cost reduction, quality improvement and delivery.- Develop supervisors to maximize role.
Mentors and coaches' supervisors on a regular basis and ensure they are following responsibilities set for area.- Provide communication on a regular basis to General Manager, Supervisors, Employees regarding company, division, plant and department objectives.- Work with planning to ensure production schedule is accurate, issues can be resolved, and target dates can be met.
Uses sales forecasts and sales orders to generate production plans- For direct reports, mentors and coaches' employees and Supervisors including completing and giving of performance reviews, addressing disciplinary issues, recognizing positive accomplishments, etc.- Review data to ensure goals, efficiencies, quality, schedules, cost savings, etc.
are being met.- Actively support 5S, EHS, Quality, and Lean programs by following all approved practices and procedures, performing clean-up activities and identify/recommend improvements to management- Fulfill responsibilities/authorities detailed in any control plan associated with this position**Who you are**English Professional ProficiencyBachelor's - Industrial Engineering or similar**What will put you ahead**- Master's degree in Engineering, Robotics, Automation, Electronics, Mechatronics or Industrial,- Instrumentation and control, Electrical mechanic or related field- Experience with Microsoft Office Suite- Effective communication skills that demonstrate the ability to express ideas clearly.
