Mentors and coaches supervisors on a regular basis and ensure they are following responsibilities set for area.Provide communication on a regular basis to General Manager, Supervisors, Employees regarding company, division, plant and department objectives.Work with planning to ensure production schedule is accurate, issues can be resolved, and target dates can be met.
Uses sales forecasts and sales orders to generate production plans.For direct reports, mentors and coaches employees and supervisors including completing and giving of performance reviews, addressing disciplinary issues, recognizing positive accomplishments, etc.Review data to ensure goals, efficiencies, quality, schedules, cost savings, etc.
