We are in position to offer a great job opportunity to work as **Production Manager **based in Torreon, Coahuila (E-Systems Division).

As **Manufacturing Manager **you will have an excellent opportunity to work in an International and growing environment reporting directly to **Operations Manager.**

Your Task will be
- Manage and coordinate manufacturing functions efficiently and effectively, ensuring that quality, safety and cost are maintained at optimal levels.
- Manage material, capital, and human resources, ensuring their use at the maximum established capacity.
- Ensure the correct execution and fulfillment of the production plans in time and quality maintaining the effective cost of the operation.
- Coordinate continuous improvement of manufacturing KPIs across assigned resources and functional areas.
- Establish the goals of key indicators and periodically evaluate the performance of the personnel in charge.
- Compliance with the production plan on a daily basis.
- Control of absenteeism and turnover.

To be Successful in this rule you will need:

- Education: Bachelor's degree on industrial Engineering or any related field.
- 2 Years on similar positions within the automotive industry of wiring harnesses
- Proficient with Microsoft Office.
- Fluent English level.
