We are in position to offer a great job opportunity to work as **Manufacturing Manager** based in _Torreon Plant 2, Torreon Coah., Mex._ _(E-Systems Division).
Manufacturing Manager you will have an excellent opportunity to work in an International and growing environment reporting directly to a Plant Manager.
**Your Task will be**
- Knowledge in efficiency, Scrap, Standard Hours, Schedule Attainment
- Experience in Lean Manufacturing
- Continuous improvement
- Quality
- Resource administration, employee engagement initiatives,
- Manufacturing systems,
- Safety culture mindset.
**To be Successful in this rule you will need**:

- Education**:Bachelor's Degree on Industrial Engineering, or any related field.
Master's degree is a Plus
- At least 5 years of working in similar position in the Automotive sector
- Headcount volume management skills of 2,500 employees
- Analytical mind and excellent problem-solving abilities
- Outstanding communication and leadership
- English: Proficient
