If you love challenges, want to experience development opportunities unrestrained, and want recognition that pays off, then you've come to the right place with Lear.**As **_Manufacturing Manager,_** you will be responsible for Production performance & continuous improvement, focus on customer satisfaction as well as safety, work environment and comply with the standards of quality and costs previously determined.****YOUR TASK WILL BE**- **Manage production areas to achieve plant objectives such as: Efficiency, productivity, zero rejects, delivery on time, 5s, customer satisfaction, SCRAP, safety, down time, deliveries, overtime**:- **Active participation to support and improve financial results at the plant**:- **Continuous improvement projects, savings generation**:- **Implementation and monitoring of best manufacturing practices**:- **Administration of the material and human resources of the department****TO BE SUCCESSFUL IN THIS ROLE YOU WILL NEED**- Bachelor's degree on Industrial Engineering, Mechanics, Mechatronics or related- 3+ years as manufacturing manager in the automotive industry, with experience in cutting and sewing automotive industry.- IATF 16949, Lean Manufacturing Knowledge- Intermediate English Level
