The Manufacturing Manager manages the availability of manufactured parts, purchased parts, and outside operations to align with Flowserve's shop labor.Responsibilities & Requirements: Your main responsibilities will be around several aspectsSafety - creating and driving a safe work environmentQuality - supporting the production of quality productsDelivery - on time delivery to meet our customer needsInventory - balance inventory needs with customer requirementsCost - responsible for labor cost and absorption according to planPreferred Experience / Skills:- Must have a Bachelor's Degree in Electrical or Mechanical Engineering or related field. Master's Degree in Business Administration is a plus.- Minimum 10 years in leadership roles industrial operations- Must have at least 5 years of full P&L responsibility which includes standard cost systems, manufacturing operation, supply chain/ purchasing, quality assurance, inside sales and product development.- Experience with foreign markets, managing operations in remote locations, and export controls necessary.- Familiarity with financial and operational reporting, metrics, and performance management systems required
