Great people make Schneider Electric a great company.Mission / ObjectiveOrganizes and integrates the internal & external resources to achieve maximum quality and productivity of the workshop; coordinates those related functions to comply with company goals and culture; administrates and supports the production team and encourages their skill development.Key ResponsibilitiesMake the working plan and manage related resources to improve production performance by closely cooperating with related departments.Analyze manufacturing requirements, prepare labor resources, and arrange work assignments according to order priorities.Arrange production and guarantee production quality, timing and optimize efficiency to reach company KPI (IE, Safety, Service level).Coordinate with related departments to solve problems and optimize production processes as per SPS requirements.Audit processes, operation procedures, products quality and guarantee safe & healthy working environment for compliance with defined requirements (KPI: NDL).Establish and maintain work performance measurement and report system to present work results and indicate improvement direction.Develop team members' competency through training, coaching, communication and performance management.Enhance team building and motivate people to involve in improvement team's activities.Strong contributor to continuous improvement; people management & budgetary accountability.QualificationsWe know skills and competencies show up in many different ways and can be based on your life experience.
