**YOUR TASK WILL BE**- Manage production areas to achieve plant objectives such as: Efficiency, productivity, zero rejects, delivery on time, 5s, customer satisfaction, SCRAP, safety, down time, deliveries, overtime- Active participation to support and improve financial results at the plant- Continuous improvement projects, savings generation- Implementation and monitoring of best manufacturing practices- Administration of the material and human resources of the department**TO BE SUCCESSFUL IN THIS ROLE YOU WILL NEED**- Bachelor's degree on Industrial Engineering, Mechanics, Mechatronics or related- 3+ years as manufacturing manager in the automotive industry, with experience in cutting and sewing automotive industry.- IATF 16949, Lean Manufacturing Knowledge- Intermediate English Level
