We are currently looking for the right person to join our Manufacturing Department.Your responsibilitiesSupporting the production with technology knowledge in the daily job by goal setting and regular reviewFocusing on the continuous improvement in health and safety, quality, productivity, and costEnsuring trouble free running of assigned equipment and processesEnsuring machine analysis and optimization regarding potential errorsEnsuring technical support to reduce machine downtimeContinuously looking for opportunities to reduce scrapManaging preventive, predictive, and curative maintenancesManaging the set-up team, ensuring availability and cleanliness of toolingManaging spare parts planning to ensure availabilitySupporting 5S process in all areasSupporting new product introductionDefining training needs and training employeesBeing compliant with the budgetFollowing up KPIsManaging workload in production, engineering, maintenance, and set-up teamsBeing responsible for initiating, coordinating & cooperating with other departments in case of any common projectYour profileUniversity degree in mechanical or electrical engineeringMinimum of 5 years relevant manufacturing experience in the automotive or similar industryStrong knowledge of manufacturing is considered an assetLean manufacturing / six sigma methodology5s / ergonomic workplaceOEE / TPMVDA 6.3 certifiedTraining required by customers: Formel QFluency in English and Spanish (written & spoken) is mandatory, any other language is considered an assetShare this on#J-18808-Ljbffr
