These components are consumed by the Automotive industry of Mexico, USA, and Canada.As a Manufacturing Manager, you will be responsible to the operations manager and plant manager for complying with production programs, managing the human and material resources available, and complying with previously determined quality and cost standards.YOUR TASK WILL BE:Ensure compliance with company policies.Supervise compliance with plant production programs ensuring predetermined cost standards.Ensure compliance with the predetermined quality levels in the month's forecast.Ensure the optimal use of the area's human resources through the adequate balancing of the production lines (in the sewing and foam process).Be responsible for the design of the most efficient and optimal work methods, and use of the company's production equipment.TO BE SUCCESSFUL IN THIS ROLE YOU WILL NEED:Industrial engineering or related.Experience in continuous improvement projects, lean manufacturing, balancing, efficiency, and customer requirements.Minimum experience of 3-5 years as a production manager.#J-18808-Ljbffr
