Likewise, the Manufacturing and Continuous Improvement engineer promotes solutions that support the Smart Factory strategy.Responsibilities:Responsible for the Manufacturing of a set of lines, where it provides the necessary elements to work safely, ergonomically and productively.Responsible for deploying Lean methodologies in its lines: VSM, Line Architecture Design Methodology LADM, Material Providing Handling MPH, Six Sigma DMAIC, EPEI, Line Balancing, FMEA, Kaizen and MTM2.Responsible for monitoring efficiency indicators, KE, OEE, NEE, IE, and to take actions to improve the efficiency and capacity of the line.Leader in planning, developing and executing projects that improve the productivity of their production lines, through the implementation of SPS and Lean Methodologies.Leader of Capex projects (investment projects).What do you get to do in this position?JBS documentation, OWS, Visual Aids, Documentation of Functional tests.Actively participate in 8D's root cause analysis.Maintain the routes by loading the times triggered by MTM2 and Balancing.Comply with ISO guidelines ISO:9001, ISO:14001, ISO:45001, ISO 50001 and CTPAT.Qualifications:We know skills and competencies show up in many different ways and can be based on your life experience.
