The ideal candidate will be responsible for implementing efficient production methods, ensuring the highest quality standards, and driving continuous improvement initiatives within our manufacturing operations. Manage products evolution assuring standards and other regulations compliance.Key ResponsibilitiesResponsible for Methods (& Maintenance if not separated) function in an entity.Areas of expertise: SPS, process design, ergonomics, capacity, simulation tools, investment, cost analysis, performance etc.Hierarchical responsibilities with associated people management & budgetary accountability.Strongly contributing to leading continuous improvement actions for the site.Develop and implement efficient manufacturing methods to optimize production processes and minimize waste.Collaborate with cross-functional teams to streamline production workflows and improve overall operational efficiency.Lead and mentor a team of manufacturing engineers and technicians to ensure smooth operations and adherence to best practices.Drive continuous improvement efforts to enhance product quality, reduce lead times, and lower production costs.Analyze production data and performance metrics to identify areas for improvement and implement corrective actions.Ensure compliance with health, safety, and environmental regulations in all manufacturing activities.Collaborate with procurement and supply chain teams to optimize inventory levels and material flow.QualificationsBachelor's degree in Engineering, Industrial Management, or a related field; Master's degree preferred.Proven experience in a manufacturing leadership role with a focus on process optimization and continuous improvement.In-depth knowledge of lean manufacturing principles, Six Sigma, and other methodologies for operational excellence.Strong leadership and team-building skills with the ability to drive change and foster a culture of continuous improvement.Excellent analytical and problem-solving abilities with a data-driven approach to decision-making.Proficiency in manufacturing software and ERP systems.Strong communication and interpersonal skills with the ability to collaborate effectively across departments.SoftwareKey SystemsMS OfficeTableauEfficiency Measurement Software (LDS)Experience: At least 8 years in manufacturing.#J-18808-Ljbffr
