Manufacturing Operations Manager - Queretaro

Lead Manufacturing Excellence at Schneider ElectricWe are seeking a skilled Manufacturing Supervisor to join our team in Queretaro, Mexico. As a key member of our manufacturing team, you will be responsible for ensuring the smooth operation of our production processes, enforcing compliance with HSE and quality standards, and driving continuous improvement initiatives.Key Responsibilities: Enforce compliance with HSE and quality systems, including reporting and managing incidents and near misses. Ensure achievement of production schedules in accordance with cost, quality, and lead time objectives. Responsible for the performance of a production/ manufacturing sector through hierarchical animation of teams. Align resources with needs within short- & medium-term horizons, elaborating training plans and leading short interval management at sector level. Contribute to the improvement of industrial processes with function supports. Participate in investment proposals, transverse projects, and action plans at the plant level. Can be Key-User of the Manufacturing Domain (PEX).Requirements: Degree in related fields. 2+ years of experience. Intermediate English level. Working knowledge of Microsoft Office Suite. Quality improvement tools, techniques, and models.
