General Summary
Job Family Summary Operate machines, maintain quality levels that will meet or exceed internal and external customer expectations. Meet SMT goals; feedback on time to Supervisor regarding equipment and/or process failures. Comply with the ISO process documentation and procedures. Scope The scope of this role requires the incumbent to provide administrative or technical support at a senior level and is gaining or has attained full proficiency in their specific area of discipline. · Limited supervision. Incumbents generally work independently within established procedures associated with the specific job function. Normally receives little instruction on daily work, general instructions on newly introduced assignments. · Has substantial understanding of the job and applies knowledge and skills to complete a wide range of tasks. · Works on assignments that are moderately difficult, requiring judgment in resolving issues or in making recommendations
Duties & Responsibilities
· Knowledge in all ISO 9000 procedures, required to support his/her activities · Operation of all equipment related to SMT such as Solder Paste Printers, Pick and place machines, Ovens, Through Hole machines, AOI's, Solder mask machines. Solder paste height machine, Stencil cleaners, · Proper handling of Feeder cassettes and sensitive components to humidity. · Follow up all SMT metrics. (SPC, SMT Placement rate, OEE, OTD) · Team work and suggestions implementations. · Assist to engineers, programmers and technicians to solve process problems. · Maintain high quality levels. (Meet PPMS goals) · Take and control profiles for the manufacturing process. · Proper handling of solder paste Lead and Lead Free. · Follow up all SMT process, procedures and work instructions.
