.Tasks- Coach, Coordinate and Manage a group of engineers and technicians by establishing objectives, goals, strategies, plans and work methods.- Define activities, control the progress, fulfillment and execution of the task assigned to the group, to complete the procedures, goals and performance levels of our customers are met and exceed your expectations.- Develop and deploy standard strategies for the Focus Factory operation regarding: Cycle time analysis, achieving maximum optimization of technical and human resources.- Lead and embrace continuous improvement, improve productivity (e.G. Cycle time), work methods, 5S, standardization, follow and improve procedures, quality awareness, problem solving mind set, critical thinking culture.- Plan, control and execute the budget of the department (personnel, infrastructure, equipment, tools, training, etc.)- Responsible for routing creation and maintenance in SAP. Provide support to the different SLM / NPL projects.- Support R&D on new products and process development.- Monitor the KPI's of the department and/or area to make corrections on time.- Define, maintain and optimize the working methods of the engineers in the department.- Responsible quotes and product cost calculations to maintain profitable FF.- Lead and improve new manufacturing concepts. - Lead, Maintain and improve Ergonomics, ESD (Electro Static Discharges) and micrologistics in the FF.
