.International company dedicated to the manufacture of nonwovens, acrylic yarn and polypropylene honeycomb requires:Manufacturing Plant HR Manager (Textiles and polymers)MissionThe Manufacturing Plant HR Manager (Textiles and polymers) is responsable for designing and execute plans for the correct human performamce and the welfare of the collaborators of the organization; therefore, it is not only in charge of designing the human capital strategy of the company in relation to the processes and organizational systems, health and safety, political and union relations, talent attraction, on-boarding, evaluation, development and staff compensation, and but also to ensure its proper execution, that is, it is "accountable" by the short, medium and long term results of any action or initiative that directly or indirectly have to do with the human factor.Main accountabilities- Preparation and implementation of plans management and administration of the plant safety and creation and implementation of indicators of accidents and absenteeism and any others that are relevant to achieve the objectives dictated by the rules of industrial safety and hygiene- Correct and successful union management- Prepare documents that allow the company to increase its know-how regarding the processes and systems internal human- Ethically and energetically manage leadership challenges that arise in the plant and in the executive team. Challenge the status quo in an orderly and always with a focus on improvement- Prepare work plans with dates clear delivery of the different Human Resources initiatives- Create processes and systems, as well as their documentation to give monitoring and measuring progress- Creation and monitoring of performance indicators performance, safety, savings, relationships cost-benefit, etc. that allow the- HR management and leadership team have a clear view of the current state and of the advances in the different initiatives key code- Define and implement strategies that enable the organization to identify variables that determine the ratio cost/benefit in capital investment and execute corrective measures and improvements, such as, quick hiring of crews to cover shifts, etc
