D Group's current portfolio of products and services includes IT products (computers, printers, printer cartridges, monitors) as well as Electric Vehicle modules and batteries.**Key Responsibilities**:- Lead the development and optimization of manufacturing processes for EV components, focusing on efficiency, quality, and reliability.- Utilize processing libraries, including TIM/RTV Dispensing, screw fastening, lubrication, epoxy/resin potting, and soldering to achieve desired outcomes.- Define and implement process control strategies to meet CTQ requirements and ensure consistent product quality.- Conduct root cause analysis and implement corrective actions for process deviations and failures.- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to design and implement process improvements, including automation and tooling enhancements.- Perform process capability studies and develop statistical process control (SPC) methods to monitor and improve process performance.- Design and execute DOEs to optimize process parameters and identify key process variables.- Develop and maintain process documentation, including work instructions, standard operating procedures (SOPs), and process specifications.**Requirements**:- Bachelor's degree in Mechanical Engineering, Electrical Engineering, Chemical Engineering, or a related field.- Proven experience in EV component manufacturing processes, with expertise in TIM/RTV dispensing, screw fastening, lubrication, epoxy/resin potting, and soldering for electronics.- Strong understanding of CTQ principles and experience implementing CTQ-driven processes.- Proficiency in DOE methodology and statistical analysis techniques
