**Job Description**:
- Lead complex projects or sub-projects in several areas: Manufacturing Engineering, Logistics Planning, Manufacturing Relocations, Plant Expansion, Problem Solving and Process Optimization, Industry 4.0
- Project Leadership specialist with core skills of Project Management, including strong knowledge Project Management standards and Practices, targeting a continued role in Project Management.
- Lead projects within Robert Bosch locations according to Bosch fundamentals and principles of Project Management, and Central Directives
- Work with customers, plant leadership and development teams to plan and implement tasks, inclusive of Manufacturing projects, Line and System Relocations, Product Launches, Development projects, etc. Customer base includes Robert Bosch North America plants in US, Canada, and Mexico, as well as external customer base.
- Lead project efforts inclusive of: Scope of Work, Stakeholder Analysis, Risk Analysis and Mitigation, Milestone Planning, Open Point Review, Installation Planning, Customer and Sales Coordination, etc., towards successful completion of projects.
**Qualifications**:
Bachelor degree (e.g. mechatronics, mechanical, electrical, industrial, etc.)
SMT Manufacturing required
7 years' experience in Manufacturing, Project Leadership/Management, Leading projects and teams
PMP Certification is a plus
