Drive advanced manufacture trend through involve the new technology & methodology.Provide the expertise for development of new process to factories, strive to continuously enhance the efficiency & ergonomic & productivity of the deliverable while optimizing investment. Align with =S= Global strategy to develop smart application and enhance the EcoStruxure in GSC NAM Plants.Process development following up, be the leader to control & manage whole process of new equipment/process development from conception to completion (include modification & improvement of existing equipment and guarantee optimal IE and ergonomic)Support the plant as per the plant needs for existing process where specific technical or expertise is required. Manage and coach plant team to enhance their overall competency (both of Engineer & DVC)Standardization, to create AME Procedure (w/ template) for GSC NAM, standardize the AME workflow; improve the format of the quotation to enhance the Capex management; Component standardization for additional saving. Supplier management, Establish a rich & strong supplier pool, lead supplier to follow up =S= rule and improve their service level, involve NEC strategy to solve the resource issue, support purchaser on "contract negotiation" to overall reduce MBC cost,QualificationsThis job might be for you if:Bachelor's of Science Degree in Industrial, Mechanical, Electrical or Mechatronics5+ years experience in manufacturing industry directly supporting assembly operationsExperience working with multiple regions on process performance or deployment activitiesApplication on Lean and Six Sigma techniques – Experience in Lean Manufacturing tools (5S, Value Stream mapping, Kaizen events, Visual Workplace, etc.)Examples of continuous improvement, both to existing processes and launch of new ones, positively impacting safety, quality, and overall labor efficiency metricsAdvanced English.Schneider Electric offers a robust benefits package to support our employees such as flexible work arrangements, paid family leave, a culture of wellness, and more great benefits above and beyond a typical employer.
