Coordinate the implementation of processes focused on protecting the customer.2. Coordinate with the Quality team the implementation of the planned strategies to guarantee customer satisfaction.3. Coordinate with the Quality team the monitoring of the performance plan, recognition and development of personnel in the area.4. Coordinate with the team of Engineers the preparation of physical and electronic documents necessary to respond and support external and internal quality audits.5. Monitor the efficient and adequate use of the devices, tools, equipment and documents necessary to ensure the quality of processes and products.6. Coordinate monitoring and responses to key indicators8. Attend meetings with auditors, customers and suppliers as requested.9. Keep Records of the problems found, document solutions and standardize the solution or best practice10. Coordinate the work activities of engineers and supervisors according to the requirements in the different shifts11. Review with the Engineers and supervisors of the personnel evaluations, and the incentives granted to new personnel and the development plans with the management support.12. Contribute actions with a preventive and systemic approach to improve the QMS.13. Actively participate in compliance with IATF 16949 requirements.14. Support in training programs according to expertise, as required.15. Support in management activities in his absence as defined.16. Participate in training, meetings, and audits as assigned.17
