8D team leader (lead, manage and coordinate) of customer complaints for manufacturing (FA/SMT).PS Expert & facilitator for all customer complaints in manufacturingMaintenance of quality assurance matrix (QAM) and related Q toolsActively coordinate actions to reduce customer complaints or internal escapes.
