The Quality Manager must be an excellent influencer, communicator and coordinator at all levels within the organization. Be collaborative, proactive, exhibit strong leadership qualities and be able to adapt to a dynamic and fast changing environment.

Advocate to drive and implement the Global directives and policiesDevelop and maintain excellent working relationshipsNetwork continuously with CS&Q teams to ensure their entity's needs are understood and consideredIdentify & capitalize on best practices in qualityInteract regularly with customers to better understand their expectations and concernsRepresent the voice of customer and drive the customer centricity within the entityInfluence the decision process of their entity to always take into account the voice of the customers (SPS, etc.)Lead CS&Q related processes: Issue to Prevention, Process Robustness, and Corporate Quality Strategies (Phoenix 4.0)Drive the relevant quality programs and methods (8D, Lean 6 sigma, SPS, etc.) to ensure continuous improvementQualifications Skills and Abilities: Bachelor of Science in Engineering (Mechanical, Industrial, Electrical, Electronic)Prior experience driving Quality and continuous improvementExperience in people management.Experience in SPS cards.Demonstrates ability to manage improvement projects.Demonstrated analytical skills with data, problem resolution, project managementAbility to identify issues and risks, analyze and understand underlying causes, and devise appropriate action plans.Excellent skills in leadership, communication both verbal and written, and attention to detailStrong desire to work with people, on the manufacturing floor and with customer interface, excellent follow-up and execution skillsQuality Systems Experience and knowledge of ISO 9001 standard.Ability in applying state of art systems for Customer data Analytics (ex: tableau).Demonstrates advanced decision-making skills under adverse conditionsAble to perform PFMEA, develop effective Process Control Plan (PCP), SPC, Lean Manufacturing and recognize Poka-Yoke/Jidoka opportunity in manufacturing/Logistics processes (physical & transactional).Able to select the most appropriate method to be used for continuous improvement (8D / KAIZEN / DMAIC).Able to perform and lead 8D (Containment, root cause analysis and improvement actions up to prevention). 8D certification is desirable.Schneider Electric offers a robust benefits package to support our employees such as flexible work arrangements, paid family leave, a culture of wellness, and more great benefits above and beyond a typical employer.
