We are in position to offer a great job opportunity to work as **Manufacturing Supervisor**, based in **Monterrey, Nuevo Leon** (E-Systems Division).
As **Manufacturing Supervisor **you will have an excellent opportunity to work in an International and growing environment reporting directly to Manufacturing Manager.
**Your Task will be**
- Monitor production and meet daily safety goals for quality, production, scrap, absenteeism,
- Verify that the necessary material for production is always available
- Comply with the production program
- Prepare the daily production report.
- Manage the personnel under your charge
- Monitor downtime and make the respective report.
- Support the line personnel in problem solving.
- Comply with the waste reduction program (scrap)
- Monitor and follow up on the 5s actions required to maintain a good level on your lines
- Ensure the execution of the shift change format and line starts.
**To be Successful in this rule you will need**:
- Bachelor's/Engineering degree preferred, industrial engineering or equivalent.
- At least 3 years of experience preferably in the automotive industry (required)
- English proficient
- Analysis skills, communication, decision abilities, problem solving skills.
- Experience in personnel management
- Previous experience in the automotive SMT industry (required).
- Experience in assembly lines.
- Problem-solving tools
- Rotating Shift Availability
- Excel advancing
