We are in position to offer a great job opportunity to work as **Manufacturing Supervisor **based in_ Monarca Plant Juarez, Chihuahua _(_E-Systems Division).
As Manufacturing Supervisor you will have an excellent opportunity to work in an International and growing environment reporting directly to Manufacturing manager.
**Your Task will be**
- Executes and coordinates activities based on the plan developed by the project leader, to achieve the program objectives in each construction phase.
- Develops appropriate methods, work instructions and visual aids for the manufacturing method so as to ensure quality, output and efficiency of the production system.
- Analyzes Manufacturing change proposals and based on these, notifies the impact on equipment and tooling to the project leader and Product Manufacturing.
- He is responsible for the design of the manufacturing system, so as to ensure quality, output and efficiency for each family of harnesses in the assigned program.
- Ensure that the necessary machinery and equipment is delivered and installed to meet the required process capacity, according to the processes and design of the manufacturing system.
- Executes all activities related to the launches of new programs and the implementation of engineering changes.
**To be Successful in this rule you will need**:
- Education: Bachelor's degree on industrial Engineering or any related field.
- 1 year on similar positions within the automotive industry of wiring harnesses.
- Knowlwadge in Quality Systems.
- Production Plan.
- Proficient with Microsoft Office.
- English intermediate Level.
